They allow you to interact with multiples online services and create a complete automation that can accept an input from any online service and send the information to another service. In that way, you can do automatically complex workflows. Example:

1. Get email content from new emails of the customer service Gmail account
2. Get company FAQs from the online documentation
3. Send to chatGPT both the email request and the company FAQs and ask it to create a text with the response to the customer
4. Send this response to:
   1. company API, to have it stored
   2. Gmail, in order to create a draft response email for the customer
